6.28.05 Lokata is a 4 piece Heavy Alt-Punk band from Chicago, IL. Pieced together in late 2004, the band just released a single "take me down" off their upcoming LP "resolve" due this fall. "Among the thick chunky guitars, beyond the heart-pumping, stone-cold rythym section, you'll find us blending voices of punk, numetal, hardcore and pop; beating away the angst, sorrow and happiness of everyday tragedy." says lead vocalist/bassist JAe.
