littlestar began life as a solo recording project but after a collaboration on one of the songs with another local musician the band was born - self-financed and recorded in the littlestar studio their debut release 'timbuktu' will be available July 2001

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
we have not yet played together live although each band member has played in other bands over the last 10 years or so
Your musical influences
our music is influenced by a wide range of artists and styles but if I had to name names then probably Grant Lee Buffalo, James Taylor, David Gray (recently) and COunting Crows
