It's not enough for us to write good songs, we also want people to "feel" them, so we record everything as live as possible...
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Back in November 2003 Steffen and Lisa got the idea for what now is the foundations of lisa vegas. The basics were to keep the values and sounds of rock combined with the essence of the singer/songwriter genre. The band was at first born as a trio, with outside musicians on piano and bass. Thomas was the obvious choice for a drummer, since Steffen and he had played together on more than one ocasion. About a month later from the first steps, Anders got in the picture. With social-minded spirit and convincing skills, he now was the 4th and last member of lisa vegas. The band immediately started writing songs and try out new material, and somehow along the road the original focus on genres, moved and build further into what became a wide mix of sounds and emotions. Later on Annemette became the outside musician to play organ/piano.
For now, the band stays active finishing songs and preparing new material for both live and record purposes
