Your musical influences
I have been influenced by John Coltrane and Miles Davis because of their spontaneous styles and their pure musical genius. As far as lyrically I have been influenced by Ras Kass, Black Thought, Little Brother, Talib Kweli and Mos Def, Rakim, and De La Soul because they have all maintained high quality in their lyrical content throughout their careers and they provide a message in their words.
