Leibowitz
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
History is a ficticious story everyone agrees upon.
Mostly.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I don't currently play live, only because its physically impossible for me to play 4+ instruments at once. However, I'm trying to work out some sort of live act...if anyone is interested...
Your musical influences
I have so many influences its quite mind boggling really...especially because it changes every single time I record...but the essentials would have to be: Rilo Kiley, Sigur Ros, The Weakerthans, Death Cab for Cutie, The Wrens, The Beach Boys, Anti-Flag, Athlete, The Decemberists, The Postal Service, Idlewild, Doves, Eisley, Frou Frou, Imogen Heap, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Moby, J.D. Salinger, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Ernest Hemingway, the relgious beliefs of others...not necessarily mine...mainly because I have very a undecided faith.
What equipment do you use?
Guitar...of sorts. A keyboard...
My voice?
Imagination is always a good tool.
Anything else?
"So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly against the wind."
