"95 and 4eva"
L.O.C. was started in the summer of 1995 by 2 young street guided youth's by the name's of Bruce Baxster and King Dabar. '97 Guines Sstout and Cyph Sicnes was added to the roster and the rest is history. Some might even say,"It's A Rap".
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
No doubt - anywhere ready and willing for tha click - mostly tha dc metro area ( D.C. Maryland & VA ) - every show has its moments but ur first show is always tha best - well 4 most haha
