Carlos Arturo the youngest brother of Roach Killa, is truely a rap phenom. His future was pre-determined having been influenced by the likes of Ruthless Records, Eric Eazy-E Wright. "I was about 12 years old and we were going to film my brother's first video on Ruthless. Eazy was going to the store and said, "Hey lil' man you wanna role?" So now I'm riding in a low-rider with Eazy-E. Eazy-E, I was trippin. He asked me " When you grow up are you gonna be a rapper like your brother?" I answered, "No, I'm tighter!" and Eazy laughed". Now the 8 time "free-style" battle champ has teamed-up with that same brother turned producer, to set ablaze many a mix tape. Currently, Carlos Arturo has been modeling for some of fashions top photographer's, while putting the finishing touches on his self-titled album. With hits like " Thats my name " and a song titled, " I'm on that Eazy " a tribute to E. Carlos Arturo, 2007's #1 draft pick.
Lefsyde's diversity within the industry is evident in the label's first latin female artist, Elizabeth Jade. Born and raised in East Los Angeles, she has been singing for the better part of her life mostly for, family and friends. Since the introduction between E-Jade and Roach Killa, she has colaberated with Candy Man on his new hit single, " Forgive Me" as well as various other established artist due to release in early 2007. Her current self-titled, bi-lingual album with singles " Boy " ," Papi te lo doy " and " Got me goin " featuring Roach Killa, is sure to be a club banger.
Roach Killa (aka Steffon) is a recently apperaring on the hit NBC show "Las Vegas" opposite the legendary James Cann. Roach Killa's presence in the realm of urban music dates back to his days as a dancer for Breeze of the L.A. Posse. Roach Killa's notoriety increased with his exposure as a VJ host on "Pump It Up". He signed in 1994 to Ruthless Records, Roach Killa's solo album "Trippin Wit No Luggage" contained the hit song an video "Frost Bit". Roach Killa has made a successful transition from Dancer, to Actor, to Rap Artist and now Producer. It's self-evident that Roach Killa is still blazin' some of Cali's finest joints. You can bet that somewhere up in heaven the supreme Locsta, Eazy-E is smiling down on his protege.
