Leaving Madison
Leaving Madison originated in early 2001 following several jam sessions amongst friends in the suburbs of Chicago. Combining intricate, diverse songwriting arrangements wtih a straightforward and aggressive live approach, the band is determined to bring their brand of alternative music to the forefront of the Chicago rock scene.
The band's unique sound is derived by meshing energetic, driving drum and bass patterns, with creative dual guitar interplay, and moody vocal stylings. Leaving Madison combines elements of alternative rock acts such as Pearl Jam and the Smashing Pumpkins with the harder edge of more modern acts such as Staind and Incubus, covering sonic ground that is equal parts adrenaline and melody.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
