We ARE Metal. 5 twentysomething lads from Leeds, recently started out. For fans of Dillinger Escape Plan, Chimaira, Hope Conspiracy, Soulfly, Devildriver, Botch, The End, Dysrhythmia, Burnt By The Sun, you get the idea. Fucking brilliant metallic hardcore band destined for big things.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The current LOF lineup was completed in 2001, after numerous changes. They wrote a whole albums worth of songs, but never managed to gig at all. The band decided to split at the start of 2002, after a fight between two of the members. They all went their seperate ways for several years, and never looked back. This year, the lads all found themselves in the same area, and Lee, who was looking to join a band at the time, decided to give it another go. With their EP "The Blackened Heart" soon to be recorded, it looks like you could be hearing about these guys very soon.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Have played a few local bars and pubs, fair to say we scared a few. Looking to play more gigs in the near future.
