Lazy the Mic Rippa

Whats poppin, my name is Lazy aka Mic Rippa aka The Laz aka The Highguy! I represent Southern Vermont, tryin to put my state on the Hip-Hop map.

I've been rhymin since I was 13, Im 27 now. In 2003 dropped a C.D. with two of my boys and in 2004 a solo joint named "Mr. Mic Rippa". In 2006 I dropped another cd with my crew 'BVT Productions'. Since then I've been puttin' in work on the beats. I have just released my new joint 'TEN TOE'S DOWN' so don't be a hater and cop that shit!

Ive done a few shows, some in Brattleboro,Vt, others Ive done at the Foster Festa friends memorial which I try to do every year. I love to do live shows. Theres nothing like having the whole crowd in the palm of your hand. Any show I do is a special moment. Once I finish my new joint I'll be puttin on some more shows.

East Coast is where I'm from so I've always loved the East Coast sound. Wu-Tang Clan,Das Efx, Redman, Nas, pretty much the early to mid 90's Hip-Hop. On the West Coast: Spice 1, 2Pac, N.W.A.- and my first rap tape,Geto Boys-We Cant Be Stopped. Can't forget the South. I'm a huge Three 6 Mafia fan. Im also a fan of Metallica & Motley Crue. I'm very versitile when it comes to music.

For my 1st two joints most of the beats were made on the Boss DR-5 Rhythym Machine. We pretty much taught ourselves. I learned alot when I helped to master my solo joint. Since then Ive been making beats with Reason. Dope shit!
