Last Nation
Last Nation is the name of the crew and soon to be Last Nation Records. Last Nation consists of 3 Emcee's Leftie, Knox and Slain.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We been down since the mid 90's start freestyling and then we was like fuck it lets record some shit. I remember the frist shit we recorded on was a lil walkman with a speaker on it. I still got those tapes Knox.hahah But after that start making tapes for the homies and shit just start poppin. Slain was in a group before Last Nation but shit aint work out. So Slain picked up Knox and Leftie and formed Last Nation.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Knox did a few live shows up in the Toronto area but other then that no live shit. We all grew up in an area callled Manor Park(West Up) On the WESTSIDE London. Lefts and Slain are brothers from a different father and Knox been down since about 1995 around there.
Your musical influences
West Coast thats whats up. Manor Park is on the West Side of London and we was all about 2 Pac, Eazy-E, Ice Cube,W.C., Mack 10, Snoop, Dr.Dre, Warren G , Nate Dogg, Daz N Kurupt, DPG, Anything Death Row, Still got love for the East Nas, Big, Jigga We all grown up now but Manor Park thats were the roots of Last Nation still remains.
