La Seconda Eclisse
The search for a sound continues, like an urgent need, a pulsation. Post, soft dilatations, almost water-like, sometimes smash more intense and often more instinctive rock melodies. An intertwining of genres and unrefined tendencies, at the heart of the search for a sound, a possible sound.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
They have been playing together for several years, but the current line-up has been in place since 2004.
In 2003, they reached the semi-finals of the national "New Generation" competition (Castelfidardo).
In 2005 they recorded their "Pensieri in mi-" LP.
And in 2006 they finished work on their first album "Alea" and came third at the Labaro Rock Festival with the track "Passaggi in una vita".
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes, sure: we LOVE play live, in all pubs or party. We trie to organize more situations but it's not easy in Rome and in Italy...
Your musical influences
Pink Floyd and all seventies psychedelic movement, surely, but not only.
We are real music omnivors! Other important band is Porcupine Tree.
What equipment do you use?
Marshall and Ibanez for guitar, MarkBass and Ibanez for bass, Premiere and VickFirth for drums...and a good shure beta58A for voice!
