L'Amour Sad is a gothic-rock project created by two italian musicians, storming out of the underground, lookin'for a ray of light in the darkness.
Their music is inspired by feelings of love & death, sex & sadness, sickness & desire, solitude & nature, romanticism &...moonlight dreams in the snow...
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The band debuted in 2002 under the monicker Arborum, with a black metal demo titled "Lord Of The Woods", combining norwegian black metal influences with Black Sabbath and White Zombie, inspired by nature, woods and twilight.
Then, in 2003, they became L'Amour Sad, with a new, more melodic, gothic rock style, in the vein of The 69 Eyes, Depeche Mode and Marilyn Manson.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We both come from live experiences with other bands. Now we're working together to give you this final monster.
