MUSIC.....MY FIRST LOVE!!ITS BEEN RUNNING THROUGH MY VAINZ ALL MY LIFE....started singing in church ..1st performance i can remember clearly was when i was 6 and my sister shay (myspace name is Xei)was 7.we sang if i was a butterfly and i could help but staring into the microphone 2 scared 2 look at the audience...after that it was unmistakable that me and my sister had 2 pursue a music career..YEARS PASSED...i started secondary school and GARAGE music had just started developing ...i remember rushing home 2 listen to dejavu or luss fm with my best friend and soon 2 be crew member shawty-d then known as just plain aleesia...I soon got obsessed wid GARAGE.sometimes sitting for hours tryna write as many 16bars as i could 2 show shawty-d the next day at breaktime..We decided 2 come up with names for us and went thru many names such as lady suga n spice,lady all tingz nice and many other rediculous names..lol...but 1 stuck for me which was lady xtra which i was called by every1 cos i always had sumin XTRA 2 say...i couldnt just settle for being average...we continued mcing and writing lyrics ...people seemed 2 feel wot we were doin and others decided they called 2 be part of our lil collective...BUT WE DIDNT HAVE A NAME???we 1st thought about being called "THE UP TYTE CRU" but eventually decided that "THE ACCESS DENIED CREW" was just perfect with our slogan being "ACCESS DENIED TO HATERZ"........once word spread that we were doin sumin different ...HATERZ ...started appearing from every angle,even people within our circle started gettin jeolous of the limelight and talent that we had...so any people were dismissed from the crew..but we bounced back..my sister SHAY AKA XEI ,then known as big mama started teaching herselve how to play the piano and used this to her advantage when she began PRODUCING beats on CUBASE AND FRUIT LOOPZ.we started putting our lyrics to beats with the help of music teachers who could see our vision,talents and determination....WE WERE ON OUR WAY!!

my sister playz live more time than i do these days... but i have got most performances lined up in 2007.... there are alot of classic moments.... my fav was battle of the mics where a was really nervous and decided 2 go unprepared but ended up slewing a boy in 4barz which i was proud of cos it was my frenz rave and i was the only girl on stage...lol
