Lady Di and the Knights
We're a five piece band, two guitars, singer/flute player, bass and a drummer. Our musical tastes cover a lot of styles.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Originally the band formed as a trio of just bass, guitar, and our vocalist/flute player. We added a second guitarist and a drummer to expand our possible venues to those that include rock music and dance music and to fill out our sound.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play live around South Jersey. We love playing for an audience. That is what music is all about: sharing.
Your musical influences
My writing influences are not so much musical as moods and feelings I feel compelled to express as music.
What equipment do you use?
Our recordings are done on a Boss BR-600 digital 8track recorder. Cinderella Moon was recorded live at a rehearsal and has had no additional tracks added to the original stereo recording.
