Kreepshow
Dirty south rap focusing on horror subjects and stories, plus money (because I want money)Band/artist history
Kreepshow began his rap career writing horror core lyrics about death and murderous shit, just typical cliched horrorcore bullshit. He was called Demonik back then (no relation to Demonik781) and his bandmate had no name, nonetheless they formed a 2-man horrorcore group in 1999 that went by various names (Wicced, Soultakerz, Maniax, Hell Bound, Murder Ridaz, and more), and wrote lots of lyrics relating to murder and other cliched horrorcore bullshit (not recording anything). The two broke up in late 1999 and Demonik went solo in 2000, planning to release a CD called "Blood Bath" on his own "First Blood Records", unfourtunatly, D had no money nor any production, so he wrote alot and never recorded anything. He continued to write and write until he decided to change his name to The Evil One in 2001 and planned to release 2 Mp3.com D.A.M. CD called "Faces Of Death Vols 1&2", which where written (regular killa horror core bullshit) but never recorded (due to T.E.O. being not satisfied with his lyrics and having no beats). He also planned to release an E.P. cassette called "Screams Of Hell" (aKa Triple 6) with his new band "Hellbeast", featuring the other rapper from Soultakerz on guitars and some other homies on bass and drums) at the same time of the writing of Faces Of Death. This never panned out, the band mates not really having an interest in the Satanic and sick lyrics that Demonik brought to the table. He then changed his name to Kadaver, writing more stupid cliche lyrics (this time dealing with rising from the dead almost exclusivley), and planned to release "Risen From The Dead" on his new "Full Moon Records" (later changed to "Cemetary Night Records"), but he decided he didn't want to be limited just to zombie shit (which was never recorded by the way). He threw away his Kadaver lyrics, changed his name to Possession in late 2001, and did all that cliched Satanic bullshit, making a new label ("Forever Dead Records"). This time he actually recorded a few tracks, but are locked in the Kreepshow vaults and will never see the light of day... He hooked up with his boy Jack-O (who had MAD MAD potential) and formed the group Black Dawn, and they somehow got signed to Occult Records (home of Killin Disorderz). Possession announced an LP called "House By The Cemetary" and an EP called "The Dead Walk", but soon enough, Possession shook all of the cliched horrorcore bullshit, and changed his name to Kreepshow in January 2002. From there he began to write truly atmospheric, broad-subjected, horror tales from the crypt, dealing with all horror subjects (ghosts, ghouls, haunted castles, cemetaries, zombies, vampires, etc), and actually came unique in his style, doing something no rapper has ever done before: coming original in the horrorcore genre. His style isn't the usual metaphorical and lyrical east-side-influenced horror hip hop, its straight horrorcore to the bone with a dash of Dirty South flavor. Jack-O followed suit, changing his name to X-orcizm, and together they changed Black Dawn to Da Full Moon Mafia, bringing their unique, haunting style of horrorcore mixed with Southern flavor to the forefront. Currently Kreepshow is working on his debut professional 10 track album entitled "The OMEN Volume 1", X-orcizm is working on his debut LP, entitled "X-orcize The Demonz", and Da Full Moon Mafia is releasing their debut LP, entitled "Cemetary Nightmares". Currently they are unsigned (shaking Occult after an undisclosed incident with a member of Killin Disorderz), and plan to send their demo to various labels, and are self producing the 3 CD's mentioned above independantly unless a label snatches them up before the deadline. Kreepshow also produces beats for Da Full Moon Mafia and all the solo works released from them.Have you performed in front of an audience?I will be soon to promote my CD.
