(Newport News, VA) This vicious
Taurus experienced life’s hardships
first hand. Instead of folding in self pity
Marcella, (the knock out queen)
Used her anger to punish her
oppressors in society by pounding her
anger and vengeance right into the
face with her fist. “Lil KILLA” accrued a
list of violent charges in her time
everything from “Assault and Battery
on police officers to maiming for hitting
an assailant over the head with a
trophy and cracking the persons skull
to where they received staples in their
head. To describe Lil KILLA in one
word “Dangerous”. When Marcella
signed to Insight Records in early 2002
she learned how to channel all of her
frustrations into music.
When you listed you hear her music it
is not a mindless psychotic flow but
rather a true story of epic proportion
on her life. She brings you into her
world, you learn of her pain and why
she doesn't back down from anything.
To the listener who has been harassed
by they’re boss, beaten by their
spouse angry at the world because
they are living in poverty “K.O.Q’s”
(Knock out queen) music is
therapeutic. To the People dancing in
clubs and parties she provides the
hard hitting flavor that is so popular in
today’s hip-hop.
Lil KILLA, however is different from all
the other hardcore rappers and
positive in a sense, because she
promotes fighting with the hands where
most of her opponents hide behind
guns.
Marcella is definitely in a class of her
