METAL HEADS! Hey, it's me again. There have been a couple more entries into the Emergenza contest in Jan and Feb. Not Worth Trusting and Skullkin have both entered too. So there's going to be quite a few metal bands. If you're in the Nashville area you should definitely come and check out the Emergenza shows at the Hair of the Dog. If you would like info on tickets, e-mail me at kissingthekorpse@yahoo.com

We didn't play but that one show with Skullkin. We were plagued by drummers quitting, so we've just now got to where we're jamming, and everyone's dedicated. So we've been concentrating more on recording than anything. And yes, there will be new material here for you to listen to, just give us a couple of weeks.

Just wondering are you guys still doing shows with Skullkin and is your "new" sound going to be on here for me to download?

Kissing the Korpse will be playing in the Emergenza Live Festival, supposedly being held at the Hair of the Dog in Nashville. The date isn't set yet, but there will be complete details at our website as soon as we know. Everyone should come out, scream for us and let's show the rest of the world that metal is made right here in Tennessee!

Thanks for the compliments man, that's awesome that you guys like it. As a matter of fact we are going to start tracking the album this weekend. So you may have to wait a little while for a "real" copy of it. But just e-mail us at kissingthekorpse@yahoo.com and we'll at least get you a demo cd to do you until the real album is done. Will that work?

I f***ing love your music. I listen to it on the way to school. Everyone asks me who the f*** you guys are. Can I order an album from Daytona when it comes out?

Yes, there has been a dramatic change in the lineup. Everyone switched places except for Doug (lead guitar). I went to playing drums, Dave went to rythym guitar and Goob went to vocals. He's got some deep death metal type vocals, very cool. We also recruited a new bass player who is called B-Man. It's been a very big change. But it works. We haven't changed or threw out any songs, but we have made them a whole lot heavier. The intensity has shot through the roof. We'll have the album finished probably in a couple of months. Keep checking the website. Thanks!
