WE ARE KILLED BY KANDY. Ska/punk from Bridgend, Wales.
We're just a bunch of friends who love playing music, playing shows and having fun. We're not trying to be anyone or be something which we're not. What you see is what you get.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We're a 5 piece band consisting of:
James (bass/vocals)
Dai (saxaphone/vocals)
Rhys (guitar)
Peplow (guitar)
Dasher (drums)
We formed in late April 2003. We started off writing our own material including our cover of the pink panther, which we've re-written into a punk/ska cover.
All songs are written by the band.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
of course. Anywhere we can!! Best moments have to be our first gig in the Barfly in october 03, so many people turned out to support us, it was unbelievable! The Christmas gig with Teenspirit at Barfly was awesome, the place was packed!

What equipment do you use?
We have very small practice amps really, The biggest which is James' 30W bass amp.
However, around May 2004 we invested in a 800W PA system. We found that we didn't have loud enough extra amps to put vocals and sax through, so we bought this huge RED PA system! Yes!! It's lush red!
