Blueshift-I Blueshift-I

A short, quickly-paced piece in a rock-minimalism style. An inverted variation of the Redshift motif.

Delirium Delirium

Inspired (somewhat) by the Sandman character...

Instrumental Rock

Surrounded By Spirits Surrounded By Spirits

Ambient instrumental guitar rock... Lots of expansive stereo delay effect... Strangely uplifiting, actually.

Instrumental Rock

Sailor's Warning Sailor's Warning

My most ambitious work so far... A musically "minimalist" piece with repeating motifs, like most of my other stuff. It features an attempt at reworking a theme from "Red Shift" in a different context.

Contemporary

Red Shift Red Shift

A layered guitar piece using a variety effects textures, interspersed with some "unconventional" hand percussion (a frying pan, to be exact).

Instrumental Rock

Guitar-based (somewhat) ambient and (mostly) instrumental rock. My music mainly consists of layered elements, often improvised and built on top of simple and repeating rhythmic structures.

Soundclick Links: -- a friend from my university town of London, Ontario -- crazy piano-dude who's all into this classical expressionist stuff, but who's slowly but surely caving into the evils of midi and computer music (a fellow Mike Oldfield fan, to his credit)... -- A sickeningly good young guitarist and musician. He's got excellent natural ability, and with a bit more training, could be deadly!
