Band/artist history
have been together since April 05 and have settled nicely into the now 6-piece Khalo.
The story first began April 04 with a band called 27 Black started by the original members James Gardner and Gianni Honey, joined then by Tom Caradice and followed shortly by Daniel McIntyre at the age of 15 year old
After much debating the band had enough and decided to kick Tom out of the band and after doing this several times finally decided on a new bassist
Richard 'deadscene' Simmons (www.deadscene.co.uk) and also to take the step of going 5-piece and inviting Luke Richards to a band practice.
The band seemed to click immediately and the new 27 Black had formed.
After a couple of weeks Richard stopped coming to nearly all band practices because of starting up his clothing company deadscene, so we needed a more reliable bassist.
And here is the final line up including Jacob Falco the new bassist along with the new band name and new line up. now khalo is set to develop with the added editions of gerry harrison on the keyboard
we are happy to play any position in the line up of shows, opening act you name it. we want to travel and work hard.
the band is a 6-piece post-hardcore band from peterborough, we are just getting our name out and heard we have supported acts such as, Enter Shikari, Her Words Kill ariel x, through silence, route 215, torsohorse, cousin joey, verra cruz, suffragettes, ToHerHorror, the storybook ending, pray for hayden, Frist signs of frost.
