My full rap name is The Golden C.H.I.L.D.

Lyricism and wordplay are my two main focuses.

I believe that there are all types of hip-hop that can co-exist.

I'm not here to tell you what hip-hop is, just to give you my version of it.

Realism is all you'll get from me, I've done it all and seen it all (being locked up, bangin', parents on or slangin' dope, etc.). But I don't feel I need to glorify it, it's just a part of what made me who I am.

I put a piece of myself into every song, like puzzle pieces. Put them together and you will get a better understanding of who I am and why I do what I do.

Began rapping at age 9

Was a part of numerous groups that didn't work out for various reasons.

Decided to go solo in 2002.

I have performed live at celebrity basketball games, Source magazine sponsored shows, battles and talent shows. I haven't done any shows lately. I have 3 special moments, at one show, I got to hug Queen Latifah and lose myself in her chest(no disrespect, but that was heaven!). At another, I got to meet and establish a friendship with Scipio, one of the dopest up and coming West Coast rappers, and a protege of Ras Kass, THE best lyricist on the West and damn near anywhere else. Lastly, at another show, I got to open for Ahmad and The 4th Avenue Jones, which was dope because they put one of the best shows I've seen.

In Rap my influences are Rakim, Eminem, Ras Kass, Twista, Tech N9ne, and Kanye West.

In Rock my influences are Metallica, Linkin Park, Korn, and System of a Down.

I don't smoke or drink, but I don't preach either.

I am a vegetarian.

I have a mixed ethnic background, though most people see me as "black", I prefer the term "person of color".

I don't use "nigga" at all when I flow, it's just a principle thing.

I try not to use much profanity when I flow(that's hard though!) Beeyotch!
