Greetings! I'm Kevin. I am a Christian/Gospel songwriter hoping to make a positive impact on the lives of others through music.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I have been writing songs since I was a child. I never saw myself as much of a singer and used to wonder why God would torture me with a gift to write but no voice to sing. I have learned that your gift makes room for you so I am hoping that by continuing to record some original songs, they will be picked up by more established and more vocally appealing gospel artists.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I enjoy playing live? Pretty much anywhere I have the opportunity to minister whats inside will work.
Your musical influences
Just about any urban-contemporary gospel or other gospel musician. Including Issac Caree, Marvin Sapp, Marvin Winans, Kim Burrell, Kim McFarland, Karen Clark-Sheard, to name a few. Also Stevie Wonder, Kelly Price and many others.
