I have been composing music for over a decade using a variety of mediums. I consider myself a composer rather than a performer and so I prefer to use the computer to establish my audio visions. Although I have occasionally performed live both solo and with various groups, I prefer to work alone.
Ever since I was a kid, music has been an important aspect of my life. It was a distraction to escape the hard times, or a device to enhance the fun times. As I learned to play the keyboard, it quickly became much more than a casual pastime; it became an intimate friend - a creative way to express that which I could otherwise not. Music became a second language to me.
I've gone through the usual precious hardships of recording on a budget, spending many nights on the living room floor with a keyboard, two cassette decks and a whole mess of wires. I eventually discovered the miracle of modern technology when computers became affordable and dabbled in Midi composition. Finally, while looking for fan-made techno remixes of Nintendo game music, I stumbled across a few Mods. This led me to dive head first into the world of tracking (composing with a Mod program), and I have never looked back.Your musical influences
My influences are everything that I listen to, and they are many. My favorite genres are darkwave, ambient, techno, industrial, 80's, jazz, rock, emo, classical and tribal new age.Contact
