Band/artist history
If you're here to hear some kick ass rocking country music, you came to the right place. Since 2004 KatieBeth has been rocking it out in WI, and TN with her band, and at the Colgate Country Showdown where in 2005 she took 2nd place out of 1400 contestants in at the WI State Finals. With her powerful, raw talent of twenty years and energy to get yall pumped, KatieBeth is a new, fresh talent ready to make her own blazing trail the music world.
I am a singer, songwriter, I grew up in Merton, WI and have been singing and dancing my whole life. My family and friends have always been behind and supported me chasing my dreams and I wouldn't have come this far without them! (FFTDS) I lived in Nashville, TN to follow my dreams, loved it and have since moved back to Milwaukee.
The music I am inspired to make is rock all the way, with influences from Keith Urban, Heart, Bon Jovi, Saving Jane & Sugarland. This album/my music is rock, with the hints of country throughout. It is something different, and new, and I am so proud of this music, it is me in every line and guitar lick.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes I have an amazing band, we play all over the Milwaukee area! I just released my album "Breaking From the Shadows" and cant wait to play the main stage at Country USA June 24!
Your musical influences
Well my love of music started with Styx, Journey, Richard Marx, and then I heard Martina sing Wild Angels and it was all over I knew that country music was my calling.....the musical direction I am going is Country Rock. I want the best of both the rock and country world...think Sugarland meets 3 Doors Down or Pink! I want you to get on your feet and dance your ass off!
