Kalojiru Records is an indipendent label who works principally on reggae&dancehall music! our own Riddim born in our home STudio inna Family Yard,outcome of DOn Vito Kalojiru’s labour and his different musicians( guitar, bass, and keyboards). The Kalojiru Records label born with the intent to create a musical reality whose go over the art of singing and who produce Sicilian riddim to create a musical scene that don’t have a lot of people engaged in this field. we are working about 3 years to create a lot of riddim to give to our singers. and they are the other front of this label. ina place such as sicily, in which frequently a simple thing become a difficult thing to realize, cause of the associations and of the structures, also our little reality can move something and become a reference for all the singers who have an idea but who have not a structure in which they could realize it. we are in collaboration with some italian singers, such as Sistah Kinky,who is Brazilian but live in Florence, Giulietto from Rome, Nico Royale from Bologne, Marc-one bomba bomba from pistoia..and many more! in Sicily we are in collaboration with Ture B and Gabriele(legione sikula), Fisher Teco from Catania and Sikula Sud from Rosolini with the reveletion of Karrua who burn every dancehall! a DubPlate Service will start with all the singers of the Kalojiru Records Family( on cd and also on vynile!). the Kalojiru Records Label always look for new singers(sicilian or not), so send us your works! we will listen all the works..and maybe we could produce to someone a demo..with the hope to augment our friendship and with the hope to increase reggae music in sicily!always with peace and unity! the distribution of the works will be done on line,to prepare ourselves to a bigger but more classic distribution in some shop,in future. in the Kalojiru family we work with friendship and respect. as soon as possible we will create our own site; and every artist will have his own page with music,videos and photos...and some sections dedicated to the Rastafari Culture, Bob Marley and to sicily in general. stay tuned guys! we hope to transmit good....so good vibes!! one love one blood!
