Just Another Dream

Just Another Dream Are a 3 piece powerpop/punk/rock band from Glasgow,Scotland. The bands main objective has always been to make the type of music that WE would want to hear and buy. At the time we started the band, there wasnt much of that around. A lot of the bands we loved were either all over, or had turned crap. Dont you hate it when that happens? We arent interested in shouting at you, or blinding you with our technique. All we want to do is make music with loads of melody, loads of power, and loads of attitude,, so thats what we do! If you want to hear screaming or grunting, then keep on walking folks! Its all about the songs for us and always will be. Over the years we have played with many bands,,such as; UK SUBS- THE VIBRATORS- REDD KROSS- THE CARPETTES- REVILLOS- And many many more .J.A.D have even played live in the world famous ABBEY RD STUDIOS in London. This album was released in November 2003 EXCLUSIVELY in Japan. It was on the large Disk Union Company's"Diwphalanx" label. This is the first time it has been made available anywhere else since then, and our first available for digital download (here http://cdbaby.com/cd/justanotherdream ) Our influences are many and varied, but classic bands like SLADE- CHEAP TRICK- RAMONES- SEX PISTOLS- PROFESSIONALS Are some of our favourites. Rock/Powerpop And Punk All The Way! We hope you enjoy listening to the sound clips enough to buy yourself a copy of our debut cd. J.A.D are still gigging, so maybe you will even see us live some day. KEEP ON ROCKIN!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The band have been together for many years we have rocked them far and wide;-)
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We have played live for many years. Playing live in Abbey Rd Studios in London before a celebrity audience including Sir George Martin in the very studio the Beatles recorded is maybe our biggest moment.
