JT Roach
John Thomas Roach, born October 23rd, 1987, also known as J.T., was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin.
Beginning as a guitar player, evolving into a singer, and eventually adding rapping into the mix, J.T. has truly followed his influences to a unique musical identity that blends Acoustic Pop/Rock with R&B/Soul and Hip-Hop
Before graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, J.T. found time to crank out three professional quality albums that have made significant sales in iTunes and created serious buzz in the YouTube and MySpace online communities.
J.T. is not only responsible for the vocals on both of his albums, but also the acoustic, bass, and electric guitars, harmonicas, pianos, and he even produces the beats.
Even though Roach has no reason to doubt the potential for success in his future as a musician, he describes his plan A to pay the rent checks as a path in film and video production, working for a family owned company producing television commercials.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes. All over the Midwest. Playing at the Mifflin Street Block Party and concerts at the High Noon Saloon and The Orpheum have been wild.
