was Born Greg Preston Jr but everybody calls me J.R. ,I was Raised in a close knit family environment. I began Singing in church and in school choirs at the age of 9, In high school I began singing with A group of guys consisting of friends and family and formed a group called "Gifted" which began my addiction to making tight melodies and harmonies.Apon Graduation of high school some of the guys from "Gifted" formed a group called "Xcel" composed of Tone Carr, Jay Kay, Chantz Kacey and myself. That was seven years ago, although we still come together for a good cause we all started our own solo ventures with Chantz leading the pack just a few month from a deal. Jay kay's doing his thing both wit the vocals and on the beat.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes,Right here in York,Yes, The last show I did in New York with my cousins
