Sales Explanations for the beats are:
LEASE $50 - $60: When you lease a beat you are allowed to use it for NON-profitable purposes such as a mixtape, demo, or personal songlists and credit (or shoutout on the track) to J.Ric is required. The beat is allowed to be re-leased until someone buys out the full exclusives.
EXCLUSIVES $100: When you purchase the exclusive rights to a beat then you are allowed to use the beat for whatever purpose and can be given to the customer tracked out if requested. When the exclusive rights are sold then the beat will be taken off the 'for sale' list.
