JP VIDEO is the sole work of one Joseph Provede, the all omnipotent leader of the "1st CHURCH OF 10 DIMENSIONAL HYPERSPACE". One of the original electronic "pop" artists of the late 20th century he is also well know as an artist, television producer, writer, poet, occultist and amateur gynocologist. All his music is composed, produced, arranged, programmed and performed by him. JP VIDEO's body of work spans over 3 decades and hopefully another 3 before he must leave this existence to merge with the Ether once again. played with Jayne County, Johnny Thunders (ex New York Dolls), Black and Blue (w/members of the Runaways), Lightwave Ensemble, Spectrum, Automatic Pilot, Pandora"s Box, Monkey House, E, the Fucking Jews and Stratus.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Played all across USA and Canada.

Frank Zappa, Karlheinz Stockhausen, John Coltrane, Igor Stravinsky, Steve Reich, Philip Glass, Perotin, Ravi Shankar, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Balinese music, British folk, Early music, Bubblegum music, ELP and the Monkees.

Alesis, Emu, Roland, Kurzweil, Sequential Circuits and ARP synthesizers.
