JPM'nNK

NK : A group of 2 men without women entered the biosphere one year and a half ago to live in a self sustained world (a school in fact). No body movance, not even sexual activities, only music and the energy to survive ! A total mystery surrounds this experiment, and it's project code's name is : JPM&NK ! (Teo&Tea lyrics freely adapted by NK)

JP : Hum... We're just a young band, so playing live is still a dream ! But I'm fond of feeling people, fans near me, so it is no a problem ! However our style of music is very different from the others, so we have to think about an adaptation in live, a good adaptation. Moreover I'm not musician, consequently I have to think about my scenic's function. It is not a problem, but it needs time I don't really have ! NK : in fact we don't, we didn't actually finished our first album, but someday I'd like to play live, that would be a little revolution for me to play live with my best friend !

JP : I will shock now several people but here we go... I am mad about metal music, especially Slipknot for the energy in live, Slayer, Dream Theatre, Deicide, Dying Fetus... And sometimes Jean Michel Jarre, but it is not the same ! NK : Well, quite oppositly to my partner, I mainly listen to electronic music, Jean Michel Jarre is my main idol, then Klaus Schulze, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Enigma, and much more, my list is so long...

JP : I use my pen guy, and my little brain! NK : To compose the music, I use a Roland JP8000 and a Roland D50 connected to a Fostex Multitracker 280 mixer itself connected to my computer on which I record and mix all. For the vocal parts, we use a crappy mic connected to the computer, and then, I remove the noise, quite archaïk methods, I know !
