Hello I'm Jos Oelers. BOA stands for "Blues Oet Aelse", (Blues from Aelse=Elsloo (L)) my wonderfull small homevillage. 
I'm an  blueslover  and played a long time ago in the Submarine Blues Band; a lot fun.
