Joshua Fire
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
John Marr and Funkmasta Wess started the band in 2001. Sean and Rob joined about a year later after a few other guys had come and gone. This became the core group and it has been a blast ever since. More like a family, after all.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We play as often as we can around Oregon and Washington. We have also travelled together up to Canada for a series of concerts.
Your musical influences
Collectively: Smashing Pumpkins, Sound Garden / Audio Slave, Rage Against the Machine, Soul Coughing, Primus, Bella Fleck and the Flecktones, U2, 70's rock
Anything else?
Jesus alone is the meaning of life.
Everything else just fades away.
