This album is an amalgamation of various influences of music; ranging from R&B, Funk, Soul, Rock, Pop, and Folk. The idea behind the album was to fuse all these genres of music to create an upbeat, positive, and (hopefully) unique sound.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started playing guitar a couple years ago and just kept on going....
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I do open mics around Seattle here and there.
Your musical influences
Some of my influences include Prince, George Clinton, Maxwell, D’angelo, James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ben Harper, Nikka Costa, Simon and Garfunkel, Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young, the Indigo Girls, and many, many, others.
What equipment do you use?
Cort Electric/Acustic, Fender Stratocaster, Yamaha Keyboard, Ibanez Bass, Fostex Digital Recorder.
