Band/artist history
I have been writing music since the early 1970s, and still have the bulk of my compositions dating back to 1973 (beginning with Book 2all but a page or two from Book 1 has been apparently lost, but it's no real loss...really). But in the 1990s, I had gotten too busy with other things to continue composing. But I decided to get back to writing music by March of 2006, and in short order I discovered Sibelius 4. As I began to compose again, I sought out information on MIDI, and that lead me to the Music Contest and Midi Original Archives, a.k.a. Midi-Contest, which has further re-energized my desire to compose. Now I'm also a member of My Music Contest. I am also a member of The American Composer's Forum and CompositionToday. That, then, is what brings this all about. I know I'm having a great time writing music again, and exploring some older pieces I have forgotten about. I hope you enjoy listening to what I've created.
