JJ Hawk is a one man band that consists of swedish ex-punk rocker Håkan Soold. Well, in fact he has a band and uses this site to communicate songs to the other members of the band, as well as friends and others.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Well, this actual bands history is pretty short. It dates back to when I started recording myself on a Zoom PS-02 about a year ago. Now Ive switched to Apple GarageBand.
But Ive beend playing in bands since 1975. The band I have now have been playing togeteher about ten years. Mainly covers, but Id like to do more originals in the future.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I used to play live a lot in the 70s and the 80s. I like it very much and I would love to get back to it.

JJ Hawk is influenced by artists and bands as Television, Velvet Underground, Iggy Pop, Patti Smith.
