Jim Sunweed is an alternative/new wave/metal band from Saint-Petersburg(Russia).
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Officially the band was formed in October 2003. After long-lasted practice in January 2004 a demo-CD consisting of 2 songs was finished in one of the studios in Saint Petersburg. The first band’s gig took place in a local club “Friday” on 2th of April in 2004.
2 drummers and 1 guitarist were renewed while Jim Sunweed (JSW) exists.
In April 2006 JSW created its debut album “More Than Just” which has 10 various songs of nu- metal format. Today the band gives concerts as often as it’s possible and is searching for a label to issue its material.

Yes, we play a lot of gigs & we're really hot on it. Mainly our gigs we've played in St.Petersburg

Some people say that we are like SOAD.
But I don't think so.
