JIG (Jesus Instead of Gangs)
The new group J.I.G. consists of two young gospel artists (Fulfilla and Tha Servant of God) who just released their hot new album in mid Feb. 2003. The two young men (ages 19 & 17) began to form their own gospel rap group (J.I.G.) back in 1998, performing at local churches, and ministering at youth events. The time has come where God has blessed these young men to come out with an album of their own, to continue to spit Gods word through the powerfull ways of Hip-Hop, and to be able to touch those on the streets who need to be touched with the album. Let this album "Preach Tha Word" bump in your ride, let it be a blessing to you, and be on the look for J.I.G. in the up coming year 2004. J.I.G and God is doing big thangs, there ain't no telling what God and J.I.G. can do.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We go out and minister every chance we can get. Mainly on weekends because of school and all.
