Jessy Vera
Jessy Vera is an up and coming artisit from Sacramento, CA. He has led thousands in worship all over the United States and Mexico. His passion, his style and his electrifying songs help draw people of all ages into the presence of God. Similar to other worship leaders such as Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, and Delirious, yet with a sound that is all his own.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I have been the singer/songwriter and guitar player for the band Cornerstone since 1999, as well as the worship leader for Living Water Church in Elk Grove, California. Recently, God called me to do a worship album without Cornerstone and "A Thousand Tongues" is the culmination of that call. I still continue to play in the band Cornerstone as I also promote the new worship cd.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Playing live is one of my favorite things to do. There is nothing quite like the interaction that you have beetween you and the audience. I have played all over the U.S. leading different conferences and church services and my favorite moments are when God is present and doing an amazing work through-out the congregation.

My influences are U2, Delirious, Matt Redman and Switchfoot.I love worship music with driving electric guitars.
