Sometimes in life something as simple as a song can make a huge difference. It is with this in mind that Jeremy Sears approaches his song writing. Started as a family project with his sister Jame and his brothers in law Izzy Galante, JD Swilley, and Nicholas Dimichino, the Prodigal has become an anthem for the hurting and a redemption song for those that have found Christ.

Life is full of miracles. The life of Jeremy Sears is no exception to that statement, it is with this insight and experience that he approaches each song that he writes. Jeremys' music showcases an uncanny ability to flow poetry into power rhythms. Lyrically his songs take the emotions that we have all felt and places them on a woven fabric of healing and restoration. With songs like The Prodigal Jeremy explores the reach that God has for all of us, His unending love and compassion. His songwriting skill is further demonstrated in the songs Best Days, and the gentle Noah's Song, which gives the listener a glimpse of how God may view them. Another small miracle is the band Jeremy plays with, which is made up entirely of family. His brothers in law Nick Dimichino - bass, Izzy Galante - drums, and JD Swilley - guitar; not only showcase their individual ability but also create an environment in which the lyrical content can breathe. It is this combination of music and message that makes Jeremys' music enjoyable and thought provoking. Coming from different parts of the country, Jeremys' brothers in law have made a huge impact on his writing style. Nick is from Long Island and is married to Jeremys' wifes sister Gina. Izzy is the brother of Jeremys' wife and now lives in Florida. JD is married to Jeremys' sister Jame and lives in Missouri. These various backgrounds and ideas from all over the nation aid in making Jeremys' music nationally accepted.

I love to play live. I mostly play near my home on Long Island..I love my Sunday mornings, I lead worship at my church.
