Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
My father is a pastor and my mother is a music director.
I been writin' since I was in 6th grade.
I been recording since 2002.
I was born and raised in Woodbridge. VA and I am 20.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I have done many live performances. The most memorable one was in VA Beach in a coffee house type thing. I was the last artist of the night and when I did my last song I invited all the other emcee's on stage to freestyle. We ended up cypherin' for like an hour. It was tight.
Your musical influences
T-Bone is my greatest influence. Along with The Roots, GRITS, Mos Def and so many others!
I love jazz and old school west coast style music... so I got a nice mix of the two.
