I play live primarily throughout the south and the east coast...and I love it...the travel, shows, meeting new people. I would say there wasn't a tour without its own special moment but there were so many on Lilith due to the fact I was on that one for 3 months. Unfortunately, I have been sworn to secrecy for most of them. One funny moment was in Buffalo, NY...During the show I decided to take a nap in my car ( I am an indie gal with no budget or perks so thats how it is sometimes) ...before heading out with the caravan to Milwaukee...I asked a friend to wake me before everyone planned on leaving that night..you know everyone...all 10 buses, the trucks of gear and miscellaneous cars...low and behold my friend fell asleep ( I don't blame her though, I mean thats what I was doing). I awoke at 2 am in a rain storm, the entire site had cleared out and I had slept right through it. The buses and trucks, with whom I had parked amongst, the stage crew: not even a sole audience member remained...luckily someone left the back gates open so I could get out, find a truckstop and get directions to Milwaukee. That night I learned to always know where your going the next day, travel with a map at all times and set your alarm...a stampede may not wake you when your really tired :-)
