Jeffrey Don Miller
I started out playing piano around age 8-9. It didn't last me very long, because I had a much stronger attraction to guitar really. I didn't write any music until I was 16, and that all started with some progressive instrumental acoustic-only tracks. Nothing to be too proud of. But after a lot experimenting, I've ended up at a full band arrangement with a post rock focus.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Oh of course. I've loved performing with all my heart.
Right now I'm putting together a few shows all around the Nashville area at places like The Muse, Rocketown ect.
Your musical influences
Bands like The Samuel Jackson Five are really integral to where I am now. Without having heard them, I probably wouldn't be anything like I am today, musically. Jazz is also very close to my heart. And it definitely has played a good role in my album Aesthetic.
What equipment do you use?
I use Gibson and Epiphone Guitars.
And a Peavey amp.
