Don't play live. Record in the bedroom. In the corner. When it's available. In our previous house I had a great big basement, but my stepdaughter's boyfriend moved in and then we moved out. Well, not straight away.
What equipment do you use?
couple of guitars, couple of keyboards when I'm feeling brave, couple of microphones.
