Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
These "Jazz Trio" tracks were done for a client who was in need of an accompanist to do a special arrangement of "The Girl From Ipanema" and "Misty" as well as some other jazz classics for a 2003 competition at a club in Long Beach.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
You can play your tracks as you sing live or add your voice to new or existing tracks such as these. The choice is up to you.
Your musical influences
Where scores were available, they were used to get the chord progressions and bass line. An effort to stay true to the genre was made to keep with the style intended.
What equipment do you use?
All recordings were made using Cakewalk (now Sonar) software. Sibelius software can be used to create your score if you are a performing artist in need of sheet music. Again, the choice is yours.
