Smooth Jazz for the debonair late night connoiseur. It's all about the music. The 'Playground' is the stage. Warren Butrico co-wrote and arranged the album. He is an extremely talented keyboard aficionado. Done a lot. Mostly self-taught. Glenn Bacon co-wrote and produced the project. He is a singer/songwriter with roots from the sixties Greenwich Village folk/rock music era. Initial Approach is an instrumental smooth jazz album. We hope you will enjoy their work.

I work in my own studio and also use musicians from all over the world to participate or produce collaborated work. My main instruments are Guitar and Sax. I am recognised and endorsed by 'Godin' guitars because my unique style of guitaring. I play with a blend of North & South Light Indian classical fused with Funk, light Jazz.
Smooth Jazz Though currently living in Austin, Texas, Duane Carter - trumpet/flugelhorn player, composer/arranger, playwright/writer, comes from Los Angeles, California. His roots are deeply embedded amongst the Black Creoles of New Orleans. His cousin, jazz trumpeter and songwriter Dave Bartholomew, is still a prominent figure in the Crescent City. His father, Johnny Carter from Mansfield, Louisiana is a singer whose voice has been likened to the stylistic smoothness of Billy Eckstine.
