Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I used to play Jazz live. I gave up the playing music for about 13 years. A dear friend showed up with a Triton (synth) at my doorstep and made that passion (playing music) a reality again. Gracias, hermano!
Your musical influences
Many influences: Fusion Jazz, Latin, Blues, Rock and Roll, Standard Jazz, World Music, Bluegrass, and Classical. Jazz allows for the most freedom for the musician (hopefully that opens the doors for me to be more creative). I love improvisation, syncopation and the excitement of musical change.
What equipment do you use?
Korg Triton (MOSS), Motif Rack, Korg D1600, Triton/Karma. Various samples used via the Triton.
