J. Atkins writes, composes, arranges, produces and performs his own music, and has spent a great deal of his career doing the same for others incuding Darren Rahn, Eric Darius, Tim Bowman, and more. He is know the jazz world over for his astounding ivory-tickling, but he is truly a musician's musician, with a body of work as extensive as his worldwide travels, on music business, of course.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes. All over the world. There's large jazz festivals, concerts, churches, private parties, weddings. Everything.
When I play with other artists, and Ive written a segueway or part of a song, its always nice to hear how it turns out with the band playing live, and to see how the people respond to it.
Right now, Ive got the My Sacrifice album, with stuff on it that I've done for praise and worship. The album is being released July 2007, so I'm really focused on promoting it and making it known to everyone who supports the vision, (and those who should too).

My live rig is Yamaha and Korg Keys, SWR amps, and a wah pedal, Shure mics. My studio rig is Avalon, Neve, Presonus, Joe Meek and other pre-amps. Cubase software, Shure, SE Gemini studio projects, and Neuman, and other micsAnything else?
