Jan Stephens
Jan Stephens is a Classically trained Pianist who plays Jazz and Popular songs on acoustic piano and electric piano.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I began playing piano at age 3. My formal classical piano instruction began at 9. I've loved playing jazz solo and with saxophonists, bassists,guitarists and drummers. I've played at the Ritz Carlton, the Irvine Marriott, Oysters in Corona del Mar, various country clubs and private residences.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
She can be seen at the Embassy suites in Brea at the Sunday Brunch every other week.

Bill Evans, Diana Krall,Joe Sample -especially his recording of Invitation.
What equipment do you use?
When not playing accoustically, I play an Ensoniq or Roland keyboard.

Making music is and always has been one of the great pleasures of my life!!!
